**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (required)
- Previous experience with Social Media Management (required).
- Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Windows Office and patient management software
- Retail Experience (beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming persona

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
- Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.
- Billing and Invoice management.
- Maintain patient flow and room management.
- Goods inwards and delivery.
- Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
- Work effectively both independently and in teams.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Pay**: Starting at $20.00-$24.00 per hour (depends on experience)
**Additional Pay**:Team Bonus if we clinic Targets are hit

**Job Type**: Part-time

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Medical Aesthetic Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Reception or Concierge: 1 year (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (required)
