We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our growing team and North American business. Responsibilities include:

- Handle replenishment purchase orders for finished goods and packaging from our Swiss parent company.
- Partner with overseas stakeholders to ensure orders are being processed to meet customer standards.
- Tracks open purchase orders and inbound materials from overseas and provides updates to management and customers as necessary.
- Analyze historical data to forecast needs of regular customers or popular products.
- Monitors finished good, corrugate, and display inventory at local warehouse, and advises forecasting and order processing team of trends.
- Responsible for customer and CHEP portal data entries for all Canadian accounts.
- Invoice customers for orders.
- Analyze suppliers and negotiate rates for corrugate, displays, and co-packers.
- Act as the backup to the Inventory Manager and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting to support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Supply Chain or related field stongly preferred.
- 3+ years of supply chain or logistics experience.
- Forecasting and/or inventory management experience preferred.
- Food distribution experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
