Sterling Rivers operates under the brand **Sudio Design** which develops, imports and retails bathroom vanities and home and office furnishings on some of the major eCommerce platforms such as Wayfair, Home Depot and Houzz.

**We Are Looking For**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Product Specialist **to join our team The **Product Specialist** will conduct market research, analyze trends, track competitors, and offer recommendations to the product development team. The role is also expected to solve customer queries/inquiries, plan and execute the annual trade show, as well as assist with new product launches and its onboarding by managing website and online media.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting thorough market research on trends, forecasting, and pricing, as well as recommending improvements to products to enhance customer experiences.
- Maintain a pulse on product knowledge expertise and be able to address queries promptly for all product-related questions.
- Manage details of product inventory and all information relating to products including, but not limited to product description, material, measurements, and color.
- Oversee planning and execution of annual trade show participation and act as the forefront regarding product presentations and demonstrations.
- Manage product visibility on all media channels, including product data and imagery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on website development, making appropriate recommendations on product visibility.
- Assisting with product development and strategizing with the business and engineering teams.
- Provide training and educational sessions on products.
- Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Minimum two (2) years product specialist experience is required.**:

- College Diploma, University Degree, or related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle a multi-tasked role with good organizational skills.
- Advanced critical thinking skills displayed by the ability to find creative solutions to problems.
- Comfortable giving presentations and speaking to large groups

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
