Wendel’s Bookstore & Café is located in historic Fort Langley since 1997. We are a high volume café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a large baked goods selection. All our food is hand crafted in house with high quality ingredients.

We are seeking a skilled baker with a minimum of 3 years experience who are confident with a variety of products such as muffins, tarts, cakes, pies, squares and cookies. Our baked products are made from our own recipes without the use of commercial mixes. We produce a high volume of fresh product on a daily basis. We work in a Chef lead, positive team environment. Attention to detail, creativity and a love for creating high quality baked goods is a must.

Shift hours: Our daily shifts run between 5:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Pay rate/ benefits: We offer excellent wages based on experience and suitability for our positive environment, tip pool with an equal split between all staff with an average of $3.00-$4.00 extra per hour worked, medical/dental benefits (35+ hours per week), paid breaks and job security with guaranteed hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
