Are you a talented and dynamic individual with a passion clinic management? Kinnext Health is seeking a highly motivated Clinic administrator and manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work part-time remotely while contributing to the growth of our clinic through clinic management tasks and social media management. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage clinic operations by handling incoming client calls, booking appointments, and billing processes.
- Assist with day to day operational tasks around the clinic.
- Develop, manage, and curate content for various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Provide occasional in-person support for content creation, ensuring high-quality visual assets.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing efforts.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Computer literacy
- Creative
- Proficient in using online marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in clinic management or customer service is a plus but not required
