Delivery, Technician and Cleaner

We are looking for a Delivery Driver/Entry Level Technician/Equipment Cleaner to join our growing team for our growing Courtenay location._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Reporting to the Store Supervisor, this position will be responsible for:_
- _Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers' locations_
- _Load and unload delivery vehicles_
- _Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries_
- _Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries_
- _Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or questions_
- _Clean and sanitize rental medical equipment according to Island Mediquip's cleaning standards_
- _Assist with technical duties related to durable medical equipment under the supervision and training of an experienced technician_
- _Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working order_
- _Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a commercial vehicle_
- _Adhering to Island Mediquip’s procedures to allow for a safe work environment._
- **Required Skills**_
- _Strong communication skills in fluent English (both verbal and written)._
- _Commercial driving experience, including a valid driver's license and clean driving record_
- _Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers_
- _Physical fitness and the ability to perform heavy lifting, as some deliveries may require moving large or heavy items_
- _Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading and unloading procedures_
- _Willingness to provide a criminal record check_
- _Willingness to learn with the possibility of advancement_
- _Must have a friendly, positive attitude and have the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment._

This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently while providing exceptional customer service. **Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
