**We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Administrator in our Commercial Construction division. This position will be based out of our Bolton office, 27 Nixon Road.**

Hours of work are 8:00am - 4:00pm from Monday - Friday.

**THE POSITION**
- Process all commercial contract documentation (i.e. subcontract purchase orders, change orders etc.)
- Maintain and organize all commercial project documentation (i.e, drawings, submittals, document logs, reports and specifications)
- Assist in job start up (i.e, notice of project, insurance, bonding)
- Assist Project Manager/coordinator with bid solicitations; receiving subcontract quotations; preparation and submission of bid documents
- Complete monthly billing, job costing, tracking, and analyzing of billing discrepancies
- Receivables and payables
- Maintain accuracy with files, records, and associated documentation
- Obtain and organize all project close out documentation
- General administrative duties as requested by the construction and management teams

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry
- Familiarity with Procore or other construction related software is considered a highly desirable asset
- Ability to work independently and take directions from others
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills (dealing with project teams including client, consultant team and subcontractors)
- Ability to be proactive, multi task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, outlook)
- Experience with Sage 100 is considered an asset
