**What you will do**
As part of HR’s Org. Effectiveness Team (OE), the Business Support Analyst is responsible to provide department coordination & support of corporate processes such as HR’s strategic planning and financial reporting, onboarding/offboarding, continuity of operations and contract monitoring. The Analyst is responsible to support the department’s work environment activities, coordinate and plan events, and administer HR’s recognition program.

The Business Support Analyst is also responsible for the delivery of administrative support to the Deputy Managing Director orSenior Director, including daily calendar and inbox management, the coordination and scheduling of cross-departmental meetings, preparation of reference materials and arrangement of overall logistics with internal service providers, including catering.

Specifically, you will:

- Provide analytic support and coordination of HR activities for senior executives corporate initiatives/projects, OE and HR initiatives
- Assist Deputy Managing Director (DMD) or Sr. Director and their leadership team in tracking and reporting on corporate planning, as well as assisting with the budget and spending process
- Monitor vendor contracts for the DMD or Sr. Director portfolios
- Work with OE Manager to improve administrative processes or procedures to ensure team or department standards in service delivery are met
- Provide input into the development and implementation of work plans, capacity planning for the team and the departmental internal communications strategies.
- Coordinate the Department’s financial operations
- Schedule meetings and assist with event planning; for exemple organize background material into e-binders, assist in planning of large meetings when principals/teams act as hosts
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Provide logístical support for hiring processes
- Serves as primary contact for all related coordination and administrative support (prepare, format and edit short notes, tables, reports, letters and other documents) for the DMD or Sr. Director. Acts as go-to person or point of contact for expertise.

**What you need to succeed**
- Knowledge of business process management and improvement methodology.
- Experience with automated tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
- Experience in planning & coordinating, facilitating results driven meetings and workshops.
- Demonstrated competencies: self starter, problem solver, team collaborator,change contributor and excellent communicator

**Nice to have**
Experience with the Bank’s planning cycles and knowledge of the Corporate Services business lines.

**Your education and experience**
Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant work experience with minimum of 5 years - in business or related field.

**NOTE - This poster will be used to staff permanent position and term position of 2 years length.**

The Bank is conducting a trial of a hybrid working model which provides employees with the flexibility to telework for significant portions of each month. During the trial, employees will be expected to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person and to build connections with colleagues. For the majority of employees, it is expected that onsite time will range from 5 to 10 days per month, depending on your role. You must live in Canada, and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
