**What you will do**
The Information, Data and Analytics Services (IDAS) group supports the Bank’s research, analysis and decision-making through innovative and responsive analytics and information management, built on efficient and user-focused technical platforms and tools.

In addition, you will:

- provide helpline services to internal and external clients; e.g. financial institutions
- develop regulatory return templates used for reporting financial data and create associated validation rules
- support and troubleshoot external filers with issues and resolve “how-to” questions
- conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) on deployment of releases
- build test cases and perform functional testing on upgrade of tools and components used in the Regulatory Reporting systems.
- support and assist the managing and collection of chartered bank data and regulatory filings
- maintain collaborative relations with internal clients and external counterparts to support operational objectives

**What you need to succeed**
You are an effective communicator who can assess and write business impact analysis based on client needs and requirements, You have good interpersonal skills, and can work independently and in a team environment.

You have effective problem-solving skills to work by solving system issues and questions, gathering information, resolving discrepancies in information, discerning relevant data and making sound decisions when giving advice or making recommendations.

You have the planning and organizational skills required to plan, set priorities and monitor tasks and initiatives. You ensure follow-through, and deliver quality work outputs on time.

You also have a good understanding of the fundamentals of computer systems, IT methodology used in client server environments and the system development life cycle.

**Your education and experience**
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**What you need to know**
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
- Security level required: Be eligible to obtain Reliability
- Relocation assistance may be provided, if required

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $69,298 to $81,527 (job grade 14)
