**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Caller to join our dynamic team at H2O Toronto. As a Remote Caller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our premium alkaline water solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company dedicated to transforming the wellness landscape in Toronto and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce H2O Toronto's products and services
- Educate customers about the benefits of alkaline water and our bottle-less water cooler solutions
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and active listening
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and track customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
