**Responsibilities**:
We are actively seeking an accomplished and seasoned professional to become an integral part of our sales team. As a key player in this role, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our presence in Toronto. Leveraging your extensive experience in business development and sales, you will contribute to our ongoing success by identifying strategic opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities aligned with the company's niches.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the global sales strategy.
- Assess customer needs and provide informed advice on our services and product offerings.
- Pursue existing sales opportunities and uncover new prospects to achieve company growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain a tracking system for regular customers, potential clients, and business activities.
- Stay informed about market trends and competition.
- Collaborate in the development of marketing tools and work closely with internal departments.
- Ensure the company's visibility at industry events.
- Undertake all related tasks aimed at fostering the development of our local presence and achieving departmental objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years in business development/sales.
- Familiarity with design, construction, and real estate industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization skills to achieve objectives.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and autonomous approach.
- Flexibility and creativity in dealing with customers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an emerging team.
