2023 Summer Student - Application Support Analyst

**What is the opportunity?**

RBC is a highly complex global organization with significant supplier spend and vendor complexity.

As a Source-to-Pay Application Analyst, you will work closely with S2P Product and Delivery leads on the configuration of S2P solutions as well as coordinates Supplier Enablement on small supplier/business enablement projects. The Summer Internship role is responsible for proactive support, including anticipating issues and initiating appropriate actions to ensure the most effective use of time during the internship

**What will you do?**
- Rapidly respond to L2 and L3 S2P Application inquiries from internal End-Users and escalate where appropriate to management and/or 3rd party supplier (Coupa, Ivalua)
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV)
- Update procedural documentation (SOPs) when applicable. Draft Support and Training material for RBC End users

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Organization skills: identifies and prioritized information
- Analytical thinking: Identifies relationships between data and information.
- Detail oriented: Locating and collecting data from appropriate sources and analyzing it to prepare meaningful and concise reports that summarize the information
- Providing advice: Provides suggestions based on established information and precedent
- Teamwork: Work better with others to achieve mutual goals
- Problem solving: Work through issues critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions

**Nice-to-have**
- Knowledge and experience of S2P (Source to Pay) Solutions and S2P processes.
- Familiarity of ERP systems such as (SAP, Access Accounts, Great Plains, Epicor 10)

**Job Summary**
