**Location**: Calgary Office

**As a System Support Analyst with Calbridge, you are responsible for**:
- Maintaining good communication and providing friendly and proactive customer service, training, technical support and requests’ fulfillment in a help desk, desk-side and remote work capacity for all Calbridge staff.
- Supporting with head office and show home security systems such as door access and cameras.
- Ensuring proactive support and documentation of I.T. assets including assets, lifecycles and replacements.
- Developing, implementing, and/or participating in the preparation of knowledge base articles and/or documentation for Service Desk use.
- Performing tasks consistent with the position, including special projects/assignments as may be required on an ad hoc basis, and as assigned by the I.T. Manager.
**Qualifications & Skills include**:
- Post-Secondary Education of 1 to 2 years in a computer-related field
- Preferred work experience of 5 years or more.
- Previous working experience in Customer Service with I.T. devices; with proficient technical skills in the facets of deskside/server support & a strong understanding of Windows, MS Office and MS Teams & general productivity tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Familiarity with supporting networks is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work with a variety of clients at all levels.
- Team oriented with strong communication skills, and you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and end-user support.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new opportunities.
- Possesses a valid class 5 license and availability to occasionally travel between show homes.
- Must be able to lift to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
**_ Other Skills and Competencies, considered an asset, include:_**
- Experience with building and repairing computer hardware and a working knowledge of past and existing computer hardware components/technologies.
- Programming background and knowledge of PowerBI.
- Knowledge of using an IT Service Management or ticketing system to manage Incidents and Service Requests The ability to be on-call and travel to show homes for technical issues in the Calbridge environment.
