We are a small & growing lead products manufacturer in need of an organized & reliable office manager. Your job will be to ensure smooth office administration & coordination with plant operations.

Your schedule will be largely fixed and will require full-time hours at the office, as your key responsibilities must be performed on-site.

You will be expected to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**

You can expect your tasks to include but not be limited to:

- Take & organize pictures of outgoing product & packaging for quality assurance
- HR - Vacation & attendance tracking, & coordination with 3rd party HR provider to implement & enforce company policies
- Place orders for job-related materials
- Expense & benefit tracking
- Maintain plant & office supplies
- Coordinate with plant operations to ensure efficiency & compliance with company policies
- Health & Safety - Maintain First Aid equipment & supplies
- Manage petty cash
- Organize employee educational courses
- Assist colleagues where required

**Skills**
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Strong knowledge of MS 365 & general computer skills
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks will be an advantage
- High school diploma

**Other Requirements**
- Valid drivers license & reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
