**Position Overview**: We are looking for a detail-orientated and experienced Finance Administrator to provide a variety of tasks related to the Finance Department such as data entry, invoicing, document filing and administrative support. This interim position offers an opportunity to showcase your skills and potentially transition into a full-time role with our organization.
**Hours of Work**:
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, 8 Hours per Day
**Terms of Employment**:
- **Position Type**: Interim, Maternity Leave Coverage
- **Duration**:18 Months (February 2026)
- **Start Time**: Immediately
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and categorized.
- Resolve any billing or payment issues promptly and professionally.
- Process invoices, payments, and manage vendor relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries from customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a finance administrator, accounting technician or similar role is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
