**About URstore Custom Clothing Co.**

Although URstore has been on the scene for a while, we still consider ourselves to be a virtual start-up. We are a software as a service (SaaS) company supplying custom decorated (printed & embroidered) clothing & gear to Schools, Sports Leagues, Organizations & Businesses alike. We are really, a small but mighty team still in its infancy but, on the cusp of growth.

Simply put, we provide software services to help our customers design & sell their own custom branded gear on-demand (1 piece at a time) or as a group, easily online. URstore offers a wide variety of customized gear including name brand products such as Duer, Ogio, Nike, Russell, Champion, North Face and much more.

Furthermore, we strive to 'make a difference' offering a fundraiser kickback component to help support our customer communities.

As **URstore’s General Manager**, you will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for and manage a variety of general management functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our proprietary digital business platform. You are entrepreneurial by nature, in step with the newest software & technology and willing to pivot between general management, marketing, sales & service.

We are looking for someone that has a multi faceted skill set inclusive of being strategic & analytical, sales driven, tech savvy & able to lead in a fast paced environment yet still willing to ‘get their hands dirty’ to get the job completed.

**What you'll work on**:

- Helping to develop yearly sales & marketing plans/budgets & set activities / KPI's to achieve sales targets.
- Managing subordinates and working with our team closely to resolve issues, maintain and/or improve performance, service standards & efficiencies.
- Understanding tech stack and being comfortable with software solutions to enhance efficiency and provide a better client experience.
- Being data-driven: driving adoption and retention, working with metrics to prioritize, focus and expand our business.
- Identifying business & operational opportunities, find best solutions & project manage to help implement.
- Utilize CRM software to deliver customer touch points, manage accounts, track leads and analyze/act on opportunities to help meet sales targets.
- Maintain & develop relationships with URstore’s highest value accounts and maintaining net positive retention.
- Partner with our customers to deliver an exceptional value experience and support predictable growth for our business by acting as a trusted business partner.
- Provide knowledge based customer presentation to help drive additional sales growth.

**What you bring**:

- Entrepreneurial self-motivation, continuous improvement inclination, collaboration skills, and passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong communication & relationship leadership skills (written & oral).
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform optimally in all environments.
- Proactive customer management and sales instincts with a drive to promote revenue and growth.
- Highly effective at leading and facilitating meetings and managing direct reports.
- Curious, adaptable and growth oriented mindset open to feedback both delivering and receiving.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B /or B2C enterprise SaaS environment as a General Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Executive/Manager or Sales / Marketing role.

**Serious bonus points if you have**:

- Experience with Salesforce software or other SaaS tools.
- Proven track record of understanding Customer Success.
- Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop / Illustrator skills
- Proven track record in business development.

Pay: $60,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
