**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand the company's reach in the market.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required; strong communication skills are essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
