Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication skills)
- Demonstrated account management abilities to maintain long-term client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Technical sales experience is preferred but not required
