Gyro Group of Companies is seeking an **Automotive Sales Professional **to become an integral part of our organization. While experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Techniques**: This may involve demonstrating the vehicle, highlighting its advantages, and addressing any concerns or objections.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating with customers on pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and additional services.
- **Closing Deals**: Closing sales by finalizing paperwork, explaining contract terms, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately. Also thoroughly explaining the vehicle features, benefits, and options available for purchase.
- **Follow-Up**: Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business and referrals. This also includes having surveys completed to meet company targets
- **Networking and Prospecting**: Actively seeking out potential customers through networking events, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Completing administrative tasks such as updating customer records, inputting sales data etc.
- **Continued Education**: Staying informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and changes in financing and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
- **Customer Service**: Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty.
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times

Overall, the primary goal of a salesperson at a dealership is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive buying experience for customers.

**Requirements**:

- High School degree or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal record
- OMVIC certification (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council)

**Work Conditions**:

- Exposure to noise
- Presence of dust
- Regularly working outdoors in all seasons

Pay: $50,000.00-$99,990.59 per year
