**The Role**:
The role of the **Parts & Inventory Coordinator** is to facilitate our growing company’s inventory & supply chain requirements. This role will assist the Parts Team in supporting the day to day associated with the running of the Parts Department by providing a wide range of support services including inventory management, shipping/receiving, stock replenishing, communicating with company employees & service providers. This position is suited for that individual who wants a career in inventory control.

**Core Tasks**:
The Parts & Inventory Coordinator’s duties will include but not limited to:

- Inventory management/reduction
- Stock Replenishment
- Inventory control which includes maintaining stock levels, working closely with Purchaser
- Data entry
- Communicating with shipping company to send international/domestic shipments
- Receiving parts from couriers/delivery drivers
- Accurate picking of parts for shipping
- Shipping unused stock/repairs back to vendor
- Investigate what/how/why materials came in incorrectly or damaged and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintains a clean, organized stockroom, racks, & outside storage
- Assists Depot delivery driver as required
- Support the Parts Team, aiding with other tasks as directed
- Forklift moves

**Hard Skills**
- 1-year inventory experience
- Computer skills and familiarity with commonly used office programs.
- Forklift certified
- Valid class 5 driver’s licence
- Comfortable driving a cargo van
- Physically fit, able to stand, bend twist, squat, lift
- Excellent communication skills in English

Licence/Certification:
