As a Technical Sales Representative at Wainbee, you can expect a salary starting from 65 000$, along with commission pay, employer-paid benefits, and a pension plan with an employer match.

- Are you driven, goal-oriented, and have a successful track record of surpassing sales targets in previous outside sales roles?
- Do you have a solid understanding of industrial and mechanical markets and products, allowing you to identify opportunities for market and account development?
- Is generating and managing qualified leads is second nature to you and utilizing effective prospecting, networking, and relationship-building techniques?
- Do you have experience preparing, understanding, and delivering project proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of solutions to potential customers?
- Is following up on quotes, closing deals, leveraging negotiation and persuasion skills a strength?
- Are you proficient in maintaining an up-to-date CRM system, ensuring accurate records of opportunities, activities, quote status, and customer contact information?
- **Possess a valid Driver's License**: Applicants must hold a current and valid Driver's License that is appropriate for the type of vehicles they will be operating.
- **Consent to a Criminal Background Check and Driver's Abstract by Wainbee.**:

- **Ideally have 3-5+ years in industrial sales, with experience selling solutions.**:

- **Have a college certificate/diploma in a related discipline (technical and/or business preferred).**

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
