Mid-Level Property Underwriter - Exciting Career Opportunity at HUB International

Become a vital member of our team as a Mid-Level Property Underwriter at HUB International, a leading insurance brokerage renowned for its commitment to client success. In this role, you will oversee the residential property underwriting program across Western Canada.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and underwrite small to medium-sized Strata accounts
  • Ensure compliance with program protocols and industry standards
  • Identify and secure capacity for renewals in the marketplace
  • Engage in effective communication with Sales Teams
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude
  • Motivated to meet and exceed objectives
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Flourishes in a dynamic team setting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Insurance License preferred, or actively pursuing licensing
  • 2-5 years of experience in underwriting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-related software

Compensation Overview:

The salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 to $80,000.00, contingent upon skills, experience, and geographical location. HUB International provides comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation packages.
