Strategic Accounts Manager

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for sales of the myHealthHub platform as well as partnership relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
As an individual contributor, you will execute a defined sales strategy resulting in revenue growth with existing and new customers via the following:
- Customer Engagement
- Will focus specifically on health care sector in the assigned geography or territory.
- Responsible for positioning and selling complex IT and clinical business solutions to generate revenue with strategic healthcare and new healthcare customers.
- Target hospitals for sales of the myHealthHub platform by approaching selling from a healthcare solution perspective that accurately positions HealthHub as the solution to the customer’s needs.
- Build trusting relationships with the leadership of healthcare organizations to position HealthHub as a leader and promote the capabilities of the solution to the highest level of the customer’s organization.
- Create unique and compelling value propositions so that the client’s decision makers understand the business value of HealthHub solutions.
- Manage large scale opportunities throughout the sales cycle (identify, validate, qualify) to conclude a transaction.
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts while ensuring compliance with the rules and guidelines established by law.
- Use business intelligence in account planning and sales activities to develop counter-strategies that will neutralize the influence of the competition on customer buying decisions.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Partner Engagement
- Responsible for managing and maintaining HealthHub’s relationship with defined strategic partners.
- Responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the defined strategic partners, as applicable.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in selling professional solutions.
- Medical Technologies, clinical solutions in the broadest sense
- Independent Hospitals
- Public Health market
- Professional, self-starter with industry knowledge and results
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Ability to develop tactics to generate new sales and develop existing customers in assigned geographic area.
- Ability to create unique and compelling value propositions for decision makers to understand the value of HealthHub solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and understanding of clinical and general informatics within the hospital, health authority or healthcare provider environment.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated strategic sales execution skills.
- Ability to build relationships and gain the trust of key stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
