**Description**:
The Good News Broadcasting Association of Canada (GNBAC) is a Bible teaching and engagement ministry dedicated to leading people into a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. Using all forms of media at our disposal, we are committed to faithfully and creatively sharing the Gospel message that empowers spiritual growth and maturity.

To further this mission, GNABC has a full-time opening for a **_Video Production Coordinator_** in its Abbotsford location. This position requires excellent creative skills, the ability to work well in a team environment toward a common mission and facilitate all video ministry programming requirements of the ministry in multiple mediums. Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task while working in a team environment are essential. The applicant should have an understanding and acceptance of the mission of GNBAC, be accepting of people, be open to learning new skills and be able to take personal initiative and accept direction.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of video production including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Schedule and produce weekly/monthly video content.
- Facilitate a multi-cam setup of 2-3 cameras, either in-studio or on-location.
- Work with our Audio Engineer to facilitate audio needs for each project.
- Pitching and executing creative video projects and promotional content for marketing campaigns and special ministry events in collaboration with creative teams.
- Work with design, web, and social media teams to format and distribute video content across multiple mediums (social media pages, websites, etc.).
- Manage all YouTube pages across all ministries.
- Excellent general organizational and communication skills

**Position Qualifications**:
Hardware
- Experience with Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K cameras is a necessity.
- Experience with Sony FS5 and Sony Alpha cameras is beneficial.
- Experience using green screen is a necessity.
- Proficient in basic location sound as well as in-studio sound editing.

Software
- Advanced understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Intermediate understanding of Adobe After Effects.
- Intermediate understanding of Adobe Audition.
- Ability to learn and facilitate new organizational and project management software.

General
- Eligible to work in Canada (You are a Canadian Citizen, Landed Immigrant of Canada, Permanent Canadian Resident or you have a current Work Visa for Canada)
