Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track customer interactions and update sales records
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
