**The Opportunity**:

**A Day in the Life**:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborating with underwriters and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive insurance proposals are provided to clients.
- Collaborating with the team to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Managing an established book of accounts.
- Cross selling to existing clients.
- Negotiating renewals for existing customers and resolving customer issues.
- Coordinating services, answering client questions, and resolving problems which may arise.
- Working closely with the producer when negotiation and securing the most appropriate carrier coverage based upon client needs for new and renewal business and negotiating cost of those coverages.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum ten years of commercial lines insurance experience.
- RIBO license is required.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, and other insurance-related designations are an asset.
