As Leasing Operations Manager, you will lead our team of Resident Services Managers to provide a better rental experience for residents who call our properties home. You will manage Mosaic’s residential portfolio to help us find and keep great residents, making sure our team delivers an excellent experience, and addresses concerns in a timely manner. As organizer in chief, you will manage all aspects of Residential Tenancy Branch filings, and ensure all lease paperwork, reports, resident information, and records are up to date. You will track asset performance and rent increases, lease expiries, achieved rents, turnover, conversion ratios and Google reviews.
You know what it takes to lead a team and bring out the best in others. You are as passionate about the big picture as you are ensuring every detail has its place. Whether your background is in leasing, sales, or customer service, your positive attitude and ability to solve problems make you stand out from the crowd.
This is a one-year office-based contract role to cover a parental leave with the need to drive to a variety of sites around the Lower Mainland.

Who You Are

You have 3 - 5 years’ experience leading a team and have previously worked in residential leasing, sales, or customer service. You have excellent English communication skills and easily build rapport with others. Bonus points if you also speak another language.
You are comfortable leading a remote team and driving to various locations throughout the Lower Mainland. You have a continuous improvement mindset and are eager to learn and grow.
You take ownership of your work, are organized, a good planner, and have a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and common issues using sound judgement. You are firm but fair.
You have strong administrative skills and experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Bonus points if you have used Buildium.
Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You have a positive attitude and see possibilities in every challenge.
