A Medical Division, at University Health Network (UHN) is looking for an experienced administrative professional to join their team and fill the key role of **Program Coordinator**.

Working closely with the Division Head, 3 Program Leads along with staff physicians, fellows and trainees, the functions of the Program Coordinator include but not limited to:
Project Management and program planning
- Design and develop program initiatives
- Preparing detailed presentations (meeting minutes and agendas)
- Managing program schedules and calendar events
- Preparing materials for program meetings and events
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Document editing formatting and proofing
- Oversee finances and financial disbursements

Additional Requirements:

- Exceptional effectiveness and organization to manage multiple schedules and conflicting priorities within in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and ensure accuracy of document content;
- Manages multiple projects and stakeholders across the Program Responsible for taking initiative to ensure timelines are met;
- Dedicated, self-motivated and end goal focused;
- Critical thinker with proven ability quickly and accurately respond in highly stressful scenarios;
- In depth knowledge of operations within a healthcare and/or hospital setting;
- Excellent follow-up, organizational and communication skills
- High level of proficiency with office software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro an asset
- Agile and Dynamic work environment and interact with all levels of the organization;
**Experience**:

- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, or business discipline, or recognized equivalent
- Demonstrated Intermediate to Advanced Project management skill Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
