Front Desk Receptionist/office Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, and manage the front desk area
- Provide excellent customer support and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Customer invoicing and monthly statements, assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Perform order entry and manage inventory as required

Qualifications:

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computers and experience with sage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
