**YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

As an experienced microelectronic designer, you evolve to the key role of **IP Configuration Manager** for the voltage regulator IP department, with a main role of leveraging our delivery productivity and thus our Sales Turnover. You directly report to the Director of the Regulator IP department.

Integrated into our Voltage Regulator department, you will take the technical responsibility of development projects involving re-configuration of Regulator IPs. You ensure on-quality and on-time delivery to customer, managing the design engineers and in partnership with the project managers. You deploy Quality Assurance checks without the organization and ensure customer satisfaction. Continuous improvement is your leitmotiv.

You have knowledge in logic integration/design for System-on-Chip and partake to the development of our digital models. You help our analog design team on logic SoC integration flow.

**YOUR TASKS**
- As a Configuration Manager, you lead the development of product configurations, from customer request and quotation to customer delivery.
- You manage the development of products, in cooperation with the project manager.
- You ensure technical progress on time and on quality.
- You are working to ensure customer satisfaction and manage to solve technical issues with the development team.
- You thus manage problem solving and create emulation within the team to identify solutions.
- Continuous improvement is part of your DNA, and you take any opportunity to improve our design processes and to tackle customers issues.
- You deploy procedure and checklist and ensure progress tracking.
- You propose enhancements to improve productivity, in cooperation with our CAD Team, and thus leverage our Sales Turnover.
- As an experienced microelectronics designer, you develop logic views for the team, and you ensure consistency for analog views. You train the analog team of SoC integration challenges and requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- You support Application Engineer (post-sales) and Business development (pre-sales) teams for customer support, respectively by providing in-depth technical support when required to solve customer integration issues or product claims and in providing guidance on best solutions to answer customer needs, including schedule optimization and cost assessment.

**THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU**

You have a master's degree in microelectronic, with at least 7 years of experience in digital design.
