Title: Sr Manager Application Supply Chain (IBP)
Executive Director International IT
The incumbent is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, enhancements, support, and maintenance of enterprise supply chain systems and services, mainly SAP-IBP (Inventory Business Planning). Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.
Collaborate with company stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and propose technical requirements for efficiency improvements to be implemented with SAP.
Participate in the development of functional and technical specifications.
Control all requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and functional specification delivery.
Provide expertise in the analysis of potential solutions in line with quality and safety requirements.
Lead and manage a team of functional analysts and external consultants for the implementation of SAP IBP.
Participate in prioritization of demands with the functional team and business units.
Integrate rules, procedures, standards, and recommendations relating to GMP regulations, information systems security and existing project methodology.
Analyse data conversion requirements to determine data conversion strategies and mechanisms.
Ensures the maintenance of documentation related to the configuration and development of SAP and other related systems.
Plan and coordinates user support and training activities.
Lead, coach, and support direct reports by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area.
Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Bachelor’s degree in business operations /IT Applications or related field
At least 10 years' experience in SAP systems
Experience with SAP IBP and integration to SAP S4
At least 5 years' experience in team management
Subject matter expert in at least one of the following areas Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
Good knowledge of SAP modules related to Supply Chain
Experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships with other departments.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and front-line staff personnel.
Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.
