**Location**:Mississauga, ON

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Category Manager, Menu to our Marketing team in Mississauga, Ontario. The Category Management team is responsible for developing & implementing menu strategies to support the current & multi-year business plans. Menu compromises both food & beverage (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic). The Associate Category Manager would be required to support the Senior Category Manager in deriving insights and uncovering opportunities to influence future product development, pricing, and marketing communication around menu.

**What you do**:

- Regularly report on menu performance, from a national and regional perspective
- Support an annual menu review process
- Jointly develop action plans on key menu categories with a specific innovation pipeline linked to our overall menu & business strategy
- Actively participate in the annual menu pricing process including pricing recommendation on new items
- Work with the research team to conduct quantitative and qualitative research as needed to inform action plans
- Work closely with the Research & Development team on the innovation process
- Engage internal stakeholders as part of the menu development process

**Who you are**:

- 2-3 years experience in a category or brand management role
- Post-secondary education, ideally focused on marketing, hospitality or commerce
- Must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- A keen analytical & strategic thinker
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Ability to think troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills, and collaborate effectively with a team
