ABCorp CA LTD. and is a leading Canadian producer of plastic cards. Our office and card production facilities are located in Scarborough, Ontario. ABCorp CA LTD. has sales and fulfillment facility in Montreal and has the capacity to print and personalize more than 150 million cards per year. ABCorp CA LTD. specializes in commercial plastic cards (gift, loyalty, and membership), identification and secure access cards.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative with excellent attention to detail, is technologically savvy, and has previous customer service experience. This position is located in Scarborough.

**Customer Service Specialist Job Description**

**Description**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage customers’ orders from purchase order receipt to delivery and invoicing, which includes data entry into ABCorp’s ERP system as well as managing the milestones and delivery schedules of the orders
- Coordinate the order treatment with appropriate Account Manager, Technical Consultants, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance departments
- Serve as liaison with manufacturing for all order related matters
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and service excellence in terms of order treatment and follow-up
- Support the customer service team, on a day to day basis, on tool usage, process deployment, and product knowledge
- Responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of customer requests and issues
- Attend customer meetings and assist customers when visiting the office
- Participate in weekly, internal production status meetings

**Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills**:

- **Must be Experience in printing and/or manufacturing environment desired**
- Highly effective service skills including professional demeanor and outstanding phone etiquette
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Ability to quickly grasp computer software
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel
- Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the goal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate problem-solving skill
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be team oriented
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills

**Education and Experience**
- 2+ years of customer service and/or sales support experience
