Heidelberg Materials is seeking a **Sales Coordinator Materials - BC** to join our team. You will deliver results through working cooperatively with the outside sales and production teams to provide support to existing customers, create new customers and enhance the customer’s experience with Heidelberg Materials.

**What you’ll get to do**:

- Utilize systems to track sales, market segments and competitive information
- Ad-hoc and analytical reporting for RMC and AGG Sales teams and external customers
- Manage 3 rd party purchases, from tracking through to month end accounting
- Implement pricing strategies on price lists and in ERP systems for internal and external customers
- Responsible for maintaining RMC and AGG forecasts and sales department market share reports and data
- Prepare month end accruals, reports and presentations
- Various administrative tasks, processing invoices for payment, preparing presentations, website updates and inquiries, departmental data tracking administer Rogers Arena suite and events etc.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
- Consistently provide feedback to customer service team to address customer service items as they arise
- Develop a working knowledge of the Company’s product offerings, services, and core competencies
- Work with dispatch to provide project and order updates
- Liaison between sales and dispatch group to ensure effective transfer of information between both groups to provide exceptional customer service

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Relevant Internship/Experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Advanced organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Computer skills including MS Office Suite with ability to learn in-house software programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems
