Due to our high growth in Quebec and Ontario, we are seeking exceptional individuals who can juggle amazing communication skills (in both official languages), with technical proficiency and a desire to help us close deals and build an even bigger presence in the region.

**Role**:
An SDR makes first contact with prospective customers who have started a software trial of one or more of our product offerings ensuring that the first impression is a great one. Once contact is established the SDR will qualify the prospect based on a series of questions and distribute internally to an Account Executive. This is very much a volume based role. The more contact you make, the more successful all parties involved will become.

This strategic role in pre-sales requires an exceptional communicator with a strong desire to succeed in sales, while helping the entire team generate more business opportunities and revenue. The role is diverse and demanding requiring experience following up on inbound leads, customer service, account management and technical acumen to position and sell a large portfolio of cloud-based business apps.

Note: Consideration will be given to more experienced sales professionals for a more advanced sales role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather preliminary information about their business
- Ask qualifying questions to help determine which team (product) will be best suited to help the prospect.
- Introduce the prospect to the correct team member
- Follow-up with leads who expressed interest but did not purchase.
- Maintain a clean and complete CRM database.
- Directly close some deals.

**What you Bring to the Table**:

- 2-3 years professional sales or pre-sales experience in a technology setting or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - completely bilingual
- You are comfortable working independently with minimum supervision
- You have a go-getter attitude, with a strong commitment to building a long-term career in sales
- You possess a strong technical competency with business software including CRM.
- You learn new technology quickly and can easily convey features and benefits to customers
- You have a strong passion for sales and sales processes.

You are highly organized and able to adapt to different cultures and changing priorities.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
