**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, within the Shared Accounting Services team, the Accounts Payable Technician supports the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and issuing payments.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Invoice entry in computer system;
- Reconcile data/purchases recorded at points of sale, versus statements received from suppliers;
- Issue payment lists;
- Create accounting entries;
- Analyze various accounts;
- Respond to requests from internal managers and suppliers;
- Any other related task.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

**Education**:

- AEC ou DEC en comptabilité;

**Experiences**:

- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience;

**Knowledge and skills**
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in handling files;
- Respect tight deadlines;
- Be meticulous yet quick to execute;
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service;
- Able to work alone or in a group;
- Proficiency with Office.

**Language skills**
- Bilingualism required (French and English) both written and spoken, as the person will be called upon to serve English-speaking regions.
