Vancouver, Canada Cleanline Projects Inc Full time

Job Description: As a Finish Carpenter at Cleanline Projects, you will be responsible for installing and completing various aspects of interior finish work, including trim, windows, doors, and custom millwork. You will work on a variety of residential projects, from new luxury builds to renovations, ensuring that every detail aligns with the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Our projects are all over the lower mainland, Squamish, and Whistler.

Key Responsibilities:

- Measure, cut, and install baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and doors
- Install custom cabinetry, built-ins, and other fine woodworking elements
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise installations
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring clean and accurate cuts
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Cleanline Projects’ standards of excellence
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project timelines and expectations are met

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a finish carpenter, millwork installer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the job
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on high-end custom homes or luxury renovations
- Familiarity with various wood types and finishes
- Certification or relevant trade school training in carpentry (optional but beneficial)

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in various job site conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
