Job Title: Finish Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team at Solid Wood Home Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and woodworking, with experience in working with various materials and tools.

Job Summary:

The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for installing and finishing wood products, including flooring, cabinets, and trim. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and finish wood products, including flooring, cabinets, and trim
  • Work with various materials and tools, including power tools and hand tools
  • Measure and cut wood to precise specifications
  • Assemble and install wood products, including cabinets and trim
  • Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
  • Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in carpentry and woodworking
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and tools
