**Full time lead carpenter / Supervisor wanted. YOU MUST LIVE IN BC. Most of our projects currently are in West Vancouver and Greater Vancouver.**

Looking to develop a career in the construction industry? Hart Tipton Construction is a high end custom home contractor seeking a range of carpenters from apprentices to Supervisor:
1. Journeymen ($30-$35)

2. 2nd -4th year apprentice carpenters ($27- $32 /hr),

3. leadhand, supervisor ($35 - $44)

- Well rounded carpenters with emphasis on high end finishes and highly detailed trim.
- Must be capable of working efficiently without supervision with min 5 years carpentry experience on custom residential construction.
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have architectural concrete formwork experience (scribing rock, stairs, curved walls etc)
- back framing experience (light valances, frame in fireplaces etc)
- high end framing (working with complex structural steel, stair framing, hand framed roofs)
- finishing experience
- are detail oriented and want to work on premiere homes and consider yourself an artisan

**Salary**: $25.00-$39.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
