**Job Description**:

Reporting to the Manager, Child & Family Rehabilitation Services (CFRS), the Program Coordinator is responsible for program operations and budget planning, implementation, directing and monitoring the quality of performance of the multidisciplinary team on a day-to-day basis. Evaluating the program in order to ensure delivery of a high quality service, employee hiring, supervision and performance management. Plans, organizes, and manages day-to-day operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education, Training And Experience**:
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a related health discipline and five (5) years' experience with service in (program specific or paediatric rehabilitation) that includes management experience, and post basic education in supervision and/or management. Master's degree preferred.

**Skills And Abilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a productive multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to develop and implement service delivery systems.
- Thorough knowledge of multidisciplinary team approaches for coordination of care in a complex environment and system of care services.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and delegate
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems and to develop alternative strategies to support quality improvement initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong planning, critical thinking and analytical skills.
