**SOMMAIRE**:
Effectue des analyses financières sur des projets d’investissements (agrandissement, rénovation, relocalisation, implantation de site, acquisition ou recrutement) au niveau du secteur détail alimentaire. Établit des diagnostics financiers pour des clients banniérés ou franchisés en difficulté financière et quantifie le plan de redressement proposé, tant opérationnel que financier.

**RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES**:

- Réaliser des études et analyses financières en vue de vérifier la viabilité économique et le rendement financier des différents projets d’investissement : agrandissement, rénovation, implantation, relocalisation ou acquisition de points de vente pour la direction de Metro inc. ainsi que pour les clients banniérés ou franchisés de la région du Québec (Bannières Richelieu, Metro, Metro Plus, Super C), ainsi que pour les magasins corporatifs situés en Ontario (Metro et Food Basics).
- Préparer occasionnellement, pour le compte du client affilié, les plans d'affaires en vue de la recherche de financement, assister le client dans sa démarche et le conseiller au niveau de son projet d'investissement.
- Réaliser les analyses et recommandations des demandes d'adhésion des requérants pour les diverses bannières. Négocier les conditions d'adhésion, s'assurer que la documentation est complète et faire le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à l'adhésion.
- Analyser les dossiers de clients banniérés, franchisés ou corporatifs en difficulté financière, établir et quantifier le plan de redressement proposé par les divers intervenants.
- Procéder à divers mandats spéciaux : évaluer la valeur marchande de points de vente en vue d'acquisition corporative, calculer les rendements pour les choix offerts et établir une recommandation à la direction.
- Réaliser des analyses sur le suivi de projets d'investissements effectués et établir des tendances, et réviser les hypothèses de travail pour les projets d'investissements.

**CRITÈRES D'ADMISSIBILITÉ**:

- Baccalauréat en finance ou comptabilité
- Titre comptable, CPA complété, un atout
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité
- Connaissance des techniques financières (VAN, TRI, etc.)
- Expérience en analyse financière et en consultation, un atout
- Connaissance approfondie d'Excel et Word, essentielle
- Jugement, esprit analytique
- Compétence en communication écrite (français et anglais)
- Bilinguisme (parlé et écrit)
