Fondée en 1964, Cascades œuvre dans les domaines de la fabrication, de la transformation et de la commercialisation de produits d’emballage et de papiers composés principalement de fibres recyclées. Cascades compte 10 000 femmes et hommes travaillant dans près de 80 unités d’exploitation situées en Amérique du Nord et en Europe. Sa philosophie de gestion, son expérience d’un demi-siècle dans le recyclage ainsi que ses efforts soutenus en recherche et développement sont autant de forces qui lui permettent de créer des produits novateurs pour ses clients.

**CASCADES EMBALLAGE CARTON-CAISSE**

Le Groupe Emballage carton-caisse, une division de Cascades, est le premier producteur de cartons-caisses au Canada, en plus d’être l’un des plus importants transformateurs de cartonnage ondulé au pays. Le Groupe fabrique une vaste gamme de produits à partir de fibres recyclées pour une clientèle nord-américaine dans une variété d’industries dont celles de l’alimentation, des boissons et des produits de consommation. La division, qui emploie près de 3 400 personnes, possède six usines de fabrication de cartons-caisses et dix-neuf usines de transformation de cartonnage ondulé au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Votre défi- Sous la responsabilité du Contrôleur, l’Analyste financière ou financier a pour mission d’appuyer son gestionnaire lors de la prise de décisions stratégiques et de l’établissement des stratégie d’affaires de son groupe afin de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs financiers et opérationnels. En outre, vous mettez votre expertise à profit pour effectuer les rapports statutaires et les analyses nécessaires à l’établissement des états financiers de votre unité d’affaires, tout en assurant l’intégralité et la fiabilité de l’information produite et communiquée. Enfin, vous effectuez des recommandations pertinentes pour optimiser les processus et réaliser les stratégies d’affaires, contribuant ainsi activement à l’efficacité opérationnelle et administrative de votre secteur.

- De préparer et analyser l’information nécessaire à l’établissement des états financiers et des rapports de gestion de votre unité d’affaires, de votre groupe ou de l’entreprise- De formuler des recommandations pertinentes- De garantir la fiabilité et l’intégralité de l’information financière produite- De respecter la structure de contrôle interne afin de minimiser les risques d’affaires inhérents aux opérations ou à la fraude**Responsable**
- Assister votre superviseur dans la prise de décision dans votre champ d’activité- Contribuer à l’efficacité opérationnelle et administrative de votre secteur- Votre bagage et vos forces- Une rigueur sans pareille pour produire les livrables exigés- La capacité de traiter les enjeux et les problèmes en mettant de l’avant des solutions- La capacité à surmonter les ambiguïtés et les situations complexes- Une facilité à accompagner et à conseiller les partenaires d’affaires dans l’analyse de leurs besoins et la recherche de solutions- La capacité d’agir et de réagir rapidement tout en menant plusieurs dossiers de front- Un grand sens des responsabilités- Une bonne maîtrise du français et un anglais de base- Une bonne maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)- La connaissance du prologiciel SAP ou d’un autre ERP (un atout)**Compétences comportementales reliées à ce poste**
