Dining Room Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise dining room staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience
- Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurant management, including team management and scheduling
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Bartending skills are a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and its trends

This is a Retirement Home a Valid Vulnerable sector check is required and TB test

shift is 11pm-7pm every other weekend is also required

**Salary**: From $17.60 per hour
