**Skill Requirements**:

- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Booking in interviews for new potential staff
- Booking in orientation sessions for new staff
- Booking in staff for new events, sites, and other contracts
- Contacting staff to ensure schedules are maintained
- Other duties as directed by senior management
