**Powersports Salesperson**

Permanent. Full Time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and maintain a knowledge base of the products that J&J Sports sells and how they function
- Assist customers in finding the right equipment for their needs and develop/maintain customer relations
- Prepare sales deals and associated paperwork
- Accept payment and complete transactions
- Communicate with multiple departments concerning deals
- Operate and load equipment for delivery
- Complete all required training materials and sessions
- Keep and maintain accurate notes and communication with customers
- Clean and maintain workspace as required
- Organize and move inventory to and from storage facilities

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Secondary school/ high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario drivers license and clean driver’s abstract (no infractions)
- Experience operating snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, outboards, and motorcycles etc. an asset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Forklift training/experience an asset
