**Marketing Coordinator, Consumer Shows**

Blue Ant Media is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator in its Consumer Shows division. This role will work with the Head of Marketing and Partnerships to support execution and marketing of the annual Cottage Life and Toronto Home Shows:

- Home + Reno Show - February 2024
- National Home Show - March 2024
- Spring Cottage Life Show - March 2024
- Ottawa Cottage Life and Backyard Show - April 2024
- Fall Home Show - September 29-October 1, 2023
- Fall Cottage Life Show - November 10-13, 2023

**What You’ll Do**
- Update and maintain Show websites to ensure all information is accurate and current
- Design Work - simple updates to existing assets including floorplan, social media ads, speaker head shots
- Develop social media posts and manage engagement on various platforms (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Develop briefing documents for vendors and internal stakeholders
- Develop timelines and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all creative requirements are created and delivered accordingly
- Edit and proofread content before publication
- Update and maintain sales collateral, floorplans, speaker headshots,
- Collect speaker bios, headshots, and speaker agreements
- Execute and/or manage deliverables for sponsors and partners
- Coordinate and process contracts for sponsors and partners
- Work onsite at the events with sponsors, partners and suppliers to assist Operations and Marketing teams in execution of feature areas and sponsorship
- Generate social media content during the events
