We want to give a voice to the real people behind the cases, instead of giving more attention to the perpetrators. Unseen now has an audience of almost 3 million true crime fans since we launched back in May 2022.

We are looking to amplify our impact and are currently hiring for a **Distribution Coordinator**.

**Job Overview**:
To be successful in this role, you must be well-organized, capable of managing many moving parts and be well plugged in to the ever evolving world of social media. Exceptional communication will be required as you will be counted upon to coordinate with multiple social media platforms and teams to facilitate each new video release. **What you will do**:

- Oversee the distribution efforts across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and other emerging social media platforms
- Innovate and ideate on Unseen's online presence through research, audience analysis, competitor analysis.
- Provide recommendations on what needs to change to support our goal(s)
- Overseeing and monitor page health across the board, as well as each new video release
- Communicate with the freelance teams effectively & work closely with the showrunner to to set up the posting schedules - and innovate it
- Understand Unseen's brand voice & monitor show fans through community management

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, media, communications, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset & project management experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Preferred location: Montreal
