**Role Responsibilities**:

You are responsible for administrative support to the Edmonton, Resolution Services Brief Conflict Intervention Program. You should be able to deal professionally, tactfully, and confidentially with internal and external stakeholders, clients, coworkers, supervisors, members of the judiciary, the legal community, mediators, agents, and Albertans.

As Program Support to the Edmonton, Resolution Services office, you are the first point of contact for the public. Your duties in this role include but are not limited to:

- Responding to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and clients in person, by telephone and through written correspondence.
- Informing Service users, staff and roster service providers, and other stakeholders as necessary of scheduled meetings/ appointments and program services.
- Providing information to Albertans about services offered by appropriate government agencies or organizations as needed.
- Providing frontline support for in-person inquiries regarding Resolution Services programs and related policies and procedures.
- Recording and tracking case file information, including outcome data, in an organized and accessible manner to ensure that program information and statistics are easily accessed.
- Communicating with the judiciary, the legal community, service providers, and other department and community agencies regarding the appropriateness of program services as necessary for the effective operation of Resolution Services programs.
- Data entry and operation of Word, Excel and Access and other automated systems as required.
- Entering and client information and results on the computer managing system (CASES, JOIN, Client Relationship Management (CRM)).
- Maintaining statistical reporting.
- General office management duties as required.
- Well developed interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship development and building for colleagues, court personnel, and leadership.
- The ability to work with others to get their ideas on issues and situations, to glean other’s perspectives and to build relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- The capacity to work well in a team environment by sharing information, supporting team efforts, and assisting in the workload of others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and are a keen active listener,
- The ability to determine priority of work tasks, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- The ability to use initiative to work independently and use sound judgement in handling day to day and emergency situations.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:A High School Diploma and three years of directly related experience is required.
- Frontline experience working with people in conflict, dispute, or client with complex needs would be considered an asset.
