We’re looking for a **Quality Claims Analyst II **to join our National team

As a **Quality Claims Analyst II**, you will assess the file handling quality of closed claims files handled by Intact claims representatives for all lines of business. This will involve the auditing of claims files and comparing the quality of file handling with established Best Practices. You will also work with the Regional Closed File Review (CFR) Coordinator to identify potential areas for improvement.

**What you will do here**:

- Conduct closed file audits for all lines of business within a specific time period for each campaign
- Working with different teams of auditors per line of business
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
- Identify claims handling trends and provide feedback to the CFR Coordinator for action plans to improve regional results
- Participate in projects to improve indemnity control

**What you bring to the table**:

- At least 7 years of claims-handling, multi-line claims experience preferred
- Known for your excellent analytical and organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Motivated with the ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively with a team
- Completed or actively working towards completion of the CIP designation
- Post-secondary degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant to this role
- Strong computer skills: e.g. Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
- Strong communication skills
