Fabric Picker

As a Fabric Picker you will supply fabric to Cutting department operations from our Fabric inventory.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Working from daily Cutting Report, communicate with Scheduler or Department Supervisor and stage fabric for use on various cutting lines.
- From inventory, match fabric lengths scheduled to available fabric rolls (full and partial rolls) and identify.
- Place rolls of fabric matching daily production on wagons and move to assigned areas.
- Return any unused or partial fabric rolls to their appropriate location.
- Maintain level of materials at cutting tables sufficient to ensure full productivity of department.
- Perform pre-shift inspection on picking machine. Perform limited maintenance on material handling equipment, per schedule or prepared instructions.
- Advise Cutting Supervisor of any non-conforming product, deviation from quality standards, or Inventory problems.
- Carry out Inventory cycle counts as per schedule.

**Minimum Requirements**
- moderate analytical skills
- good written and verbal communication skills
- valid forklift license (Order/Cherry Picker)
